1. How many tables and chairs are in the community center?
There are roughly 138 chairs, 18 large round tables, 12 banquet tables, and 20 bistro tables.
When renting the full center, does the park also get reserved, or is it still open for public use?
When you rent the full center, the park area is also reserved for your event and is available for your guests’ use during the rental period. It is not open for general public use at that time.
How many people can the center seat/what is the maximum capacity?
The event center can seat about 138 people, and the maximum capacity is 220 people if they are standing.
Do we get to arrive earlier than our scheduled time to set up decorations?
You get a 10-minute buffer period before and after the event. We go by the rule of getting the amount of time you pay for/reserve.
Do we get to stay later after our scheduled time to clean up?
You get the 10-minute buffer period after your event time is over. We ask renters to please vacate in their allotted time as we have our janitorial team arriving at the end of the event.
What type of insurance do I need?
Insurance information is listed in our rental packet. We require both event insurance and liquor liability, or a licensed bartender if alcohol is being served.
How much does rent cost?
Rates are listed in the rental packet. This will vary based on the number of hours you reserve as well as whether you are a resident of Redmond Ridge ROA or not.
Where can I submit my payments? What forms of payment are accepted?
Currently, the only way we can accept payments is by check. You may drop checks off at the ROA office at the following address: 10735 Cedar Park Cres NE, Redmond, WA 98053. We ask for one check for the rental fee and a separate check for the refundable deposit.
